Dispatch Information
Orders are dispatched from our premises Mon - Fri at approx 9.30 am
If you order after 9.30 am your order will be dispatched the next working day (working days do not include weekends and bank holidays) very busy periods may affect the dispatch times.

Delivery duration is after the order is dispatched - Not from the time you place your order.
Delivery duration does not include:
Saturday
Sunday
Bank Holidays

*Festive periods, bank holidays, adverse weather conditions or postal strikes, or delivery to Highlands and Islands may affect dispatch or delivery duration.

Please contact us if an item fails to be delivered within the timescale indicated on your order
If an item fails to arrive, a duration of 30 days is required for the item to be tracked and re-forwarded to the customer, or returned to our premises before a refund can be issued if the goods are no longer be required.

Arrival of Your Goods
On certain orders a tracking number may be issued.
We may at our discretion change our postal or courier services to improve services to our customers.
If for any reason the customer fails to accept delivery for goods when they are ready for delivery:
a) Risk of the goods will be passed on to the customer
b) The goods shall been deemed as delivered.
c) Goods must be checked when received to ensure the order is complete and free of any damage, we must be informed of any discrepencies in regards to your order within 48hrs of receiving goods, after 48hrs your goods will be deemed as arriving complete and in good condition.

International Delivery
We do not offer overseas delivery

Packing Policy
Buffalo products are bubble or card wrapped to protect against damage during transit.
In aid of our environment we endeavor to re-cycle clean cardboard packaging to protect your items.
This saves us money and therefore enables us to offer discounted postal costs to our customers.
