Providing a high level of service is standard here at Buffalo, which is why we take the time and effort to ensure our leather jacket dyeing and restoration service meets the highest attention.
All items are tested before being restored, and we gently hand clean, condition and dye the leather so it looks beautiful again.
Being hand restored ensures no harsh chemicals are used compared to dry cleaning methods so its also better for the environment!

Black Leather Biker Jacket Restored - Fantastic review

I contacted buffalo with photos asking for prices. Full break down came back with lead times.

Liked what I saw in the breakdown of costs and what I heard over a phone call about company’s protocol of care.

Sent jacket off by Hermes Delivery.

It arrived at Buffalo’s premises on a Saturday. I received an immediate call confirming safe arrival. Also was advised that the Buffalo chief technician would call me by mid-week re thoughts on expected result.

Got that call on the Monday. After inspection there was confidence that a good result will be achieved. This was expected even though the jacket was not only faded overall, it also had some washed-out areas e.g., edges of sleeves, the collar on the fold. …and more. (I did learn in our chat that an expected good black result is helped if the jacket was actually black in the first place. This one was.)

I was called once job completed. ‘An excellent result had been achieved’. Very pleasing to hear. Some detail of process and care were chatted through.

I was invited to see the result on Face time as we spoke.

Tempted! But decided I would wait for the ‘reveal’ in the old way. …open the package.

On the jacket’s return, it was black, slick, wonderful. No dye had got on the lining. In fact, the lining looked even better because it was now bordered by slick black leather. The leather also had a new ability to ‘move’, a sort of new youth, but be warned ….it did not smell of leather at first, more of the process used. The smell of fresh clean leather took a few days to really start. After a few weeks I could smell the leather feet away.

Basically, as you can read, I am pleased. Jacket looks fantastic, smells wonderful! My thanks to the team at Buffalo Leather.

Great service from a friendly, efficient company!

This is a fabulous business to deal with. I sent photos of my very faded jacket and had a phone call within an hour. The process was explained and I sent the jacket off on Monday morning. I was phoned to discuss the details when the jacket had been assessed. It had been treated by Thursday and, following another phone call, was despatched back to me arriving by courier on the following Monday morning.

The restoration is amazing and I'm absolutely delighted with it. The service was so friendly and efficient that I can't fault it and the cost very reasonable.

I can't say enough good things about Buffalo and will be recommending them to friends and family.
