How to Remove Ink, Biro, or Small Stains on Leather

BEFORE PROCEEDING
Do not attempt to remove stains or ink on darker coloured leather as you may remove the top colour or dye. For light plain coloured leather( cream/ivory ) ensure the area has been cleaned thoroughly using our Extreme leather cleaner & power pad, and condition the area before following the procedures below.
The ink & stain remover is an extremely strong solution, misuse of this product may cause damage to your leather surface if not tested first or applied inappropriately. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. If in doubt call a professional.

1. This is the type of damage that can be caused if the product is misused, or if the sealant or coloured coating is of insufficient quality to withstand a strong stain remover. Do not be tempted to be aggressive with your application as some staining can only be improved or partially removed. Contact our office for further advice.
2. Apply the stain remover to a cotton bud, attempt gently in a very small section to dissolve and remove the stain or ink. At all times of application be vigilant to any adverse reaction.
3. Using a damp cotton bud soak up the dissolved stain residue - Do NOT spread the stain.
4. Wipe over and around the area using a cloth & leather cleaner.
5. Apply leather conditioner using a cloth to re-hydrate the area and repeat steps 2-5 until the stain is improved or removed.
