Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our premises Mon - Fri at 9.30 am
Orders placed after 9.30 am will be dispatched the next day working day
e.g. Orders placed after 9.30 am on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday

Method of delivery
Orders less than 2 kilo are dispatched through Royal Mail.
Orders over 2 kilo are dispatched through Interparcel courier services.
On certain orders a tracking number may be issued.
We may at our discretion change our postal or courier services to improve services to our customers.
If for any reason the customer fails to accept delivery for goods when they are ready for delivery:
a) Risk of the goods will be passed on to the customer
b) The goods shall been deemed as delivered.

Packing Policy
Buffalo products are bubble or card wrapped to avoid damage during transit.
In aid of our environment we endeavor to re-cycle ours and other local companies unwanted cardboard packaging, therefore your product may be protected by plain card or cardboard originally destined for food, toiletries or electrical equipment.
This saves us money and therefore enables us to offer discounted postal costs to our customers.
