HOW TO RESTORE YOUR LEATHER COLOUR IN 3 EASY APPLICATIONS
It's as easy as applying a leather conditioner.
This amazing kit will restore your leather colour by simply wiping over the surface using a cloth.
Specially formulated for natural dyed furniture leather ( Aniline) which easily loses colour with age, and sun damage.
The dye is not suitable for car seats and will not change the original colour to a different colour.
For example we do not recommend that you try to change a colour from beige to brown etc...
Leather restoration companies use this product.
This kit saves a fortune on calling in the professionals.
Professionals charge from £250 - £500 to restore your leather colour and to achieve the same results using these same products.

The procedures are very simple and no professional skills or tools are required, each product is simply wiped on to the leather surface using the cloths provided.
APPLICATION
- Wear protective gloves, cover surrounding areas, avoid spillages, ingestion & contact with skin or eyes.
- Clean all areas to be re-coloured with the cleaner provided. Do not spray directly onto the leather, as it will be very porous at this stage, apply to the cloth and wipe down thoroughly.
- Please consider if your leather surface has any raw damage such as scratches & scuffs, the dye may absorb more into the damaged or worn areas producing a darker appearance.
- Begin the colouring process on the smaller panels continuing then on to the largest panels.
- Apply the dye to a clean dry surface free of contaminants. Apply the dye to the cloth but not to cause any excess dripping. Apply the cloth to one whole panel at a time in a circular motion; do not leave a panel part dyed as it may cause a continuation mark. Continue this process until the item of furniture is complete. The dye may be applied up to 2 applications depending on the porosity of the leather.
- Once the leather is dry (you can speed up the drying process by using a hairdryer on a gentle heat approx 12” from the leather surface) you can apply the nourishing intensive leather conditioner by simply wiping on to the surface, after approximately 5 minutes lightly buff using a soft cloth for a beautiful polished effect.
- The leather dye will normally dry within 24hrs depending its porosity levels and room temperature, then it is ready to sit on.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The absorbency levels of your leather will affect the volume required; we can only guide you to purchase a sufficient quantity so that you do not run out of dye part way through the process.
We provide 500ml restoration colour within the kit as a guide that this will provide adequate volume to complete your project for a standard size suite, should you have a larger suite we advise to purchase an extra bottle of Aniline leather colour restorer. The final colour result will depend on the colour and porosity of the leather.
This kit provides all the products and easy to follow procedures to refresh or restore the original faded colour of your leather giving you a very professional result.
Your leather item must be extremely porous for the dye to be effective, at your own risk try a water drop test - by applying a drop of water to the surface, if it immediately soaks in to the leather leaving a much darker appearance your leather will absorb the colour dye restorer.
